Eating coffee daily in middle age protects you from chronic diseases after seventy mirror

An American scientific study revealed that eating a cup of coffee at the beginning of the day helps in the throat on the integrity of the body and the mind with age.

The study, conducted by a research team from the universities of “Harvard” and “Tats” in the United States, revealed that the women who eat coffee containing caffeine in middle age are declining the risk of developing 11 chronic diseases when they reach the age of seventy.

The researchers studied data related to about 50 thousand women, who were asking them to fill questionnaires related to their eating habits while following their health conditions for 30 years.

The study dealt with the effect of coffee consumption that contains caffeine, caffeine coffee, tea and soft drinks on health with the age until the age of seventy and after that, with a health condition in general measured depending on the injury of volunteers or not developing 11 chronic patients, vital functions of the body, keeping a good psychological condition, and the lack of deterioration of cognitive or memory functions.

The size of the caffeine consumed by the participants on average during the experiment was 315 milligrams per day, equivalent to a large and half cup of coffee. It turns out that eating an additional amount of coffee from this rate daily increases the chances of improving health after decades.

The study did not reveal any benefit to consuming caffeine coffee, while it became clear that drinking soda soft drinks reduces the chances of health enjoyment in old age by 26%.

The website “Health Day” quoted researchers who prepared the study as saying that while these results are still primary, “consuming coffee in moderation involves preventive benefits for the body if it is associated with other health behaviors such as exercising, eating healthy meals and refraining from smoking.”
