Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al -Yahya confirmed, on Wednesday evening, that no leakage of nuclear radiation from Iran was monitored by the continuous Israeli attacks since Friday.
Al -Yahya said, in an intervention with a local channel, that “Kuwait is working within a collective Gulf framework to monitor any possible radiological indicators that may result from escalation.”
He added that “all indicators so far are sound, and the situation is under careful follow -up,” according to the Kuwait News Agency, “KUNA”.
On Monday, warned Gulf Cooperation CouncilFrom “worrying” scenarios from the Israeli attack on Iran, exchanging responses, and called for self -control and stopping military actions.
The Secretary of the Council, Jassem Al -Badawi, stressed that the Israeli attacks are on Iran It undermined the opportunities for political paths, and led to the endowment and collapse of dialogue and diplomacy efforts, which urged all the GCC countries to denounce them.
He explained that “the technical indicators until this moment are still within the safe range, and what is concerned has not been monitored, with a continued state of full alert, in order to ensure the highest levels of readiness, and to consolidate the ongoing vigilance required by the situation.”
At dawn on Friday, Israel began a massive attack on Iran with air fighters, bombing residential buildings, nuclear installations and missile bases, and assassinated military leaders and nuclear scientists, leaving a total of 224 dead and 1277 wounded.
On the same evening, Iran began responding to a series of ballistic missile attacks and drones, and left at least 24 dead and hundreds of injured, in addition to major material damage, according to the Israeli government press office.
