The spokesperson for the Dangoty Refinery said that the state sells its products to those who pay more, and the buyer has the right to transfer his goods to the authority he wants, without interference or dictation from any party.
Economic analysts believe that this step is a new commercial path, which expresses the refinery’s readiness to export car fuel to all parts of the world.
Some experts from the consulting company in political risks said that this development shows the increasing importance of the Dangotti refinery, and it reflects the company’s confidence that production has become stable, and it is sufficient to meet the needs of the local market in Nigeria.
The Dangotti refinery is one of the huge refineries in Nigeria, with a cost of production of $ 19 billion, and it was opened in 2023.
