The movement includes the release of 10 Israeli prisoners and 18 bodies in several batches, compared to a number of Palestinian prisoners during the ceasefire during the 60 -day ceasefire, during which the war and the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip will be negotiated.

“A framework to negotiate a permanent ceasefire agreement”
Duration: A 60 -day ceasefire. President Trump guarantees Israel’s commitment to a ceasefire during the agreed period.
The release of Israeli prisoners and bodies: 10 Israeli prisoners and 18 bodies will be released, with 4 neighborhood prisoners to be released on the first day, on the thirtieth day of 2 neighborhood prisoners, and on the sixtieth day 4 neighborhood prisoners. Aid and humanitarian situation:

Israeli military activities: All Israeli military activities in Gaza stop when this agreement enters into force. During the ceasefire period, air (military and exploratory) aeronautics are stopped in the Gaza Strip for 10 hours a day, and during the days of the prisoners ’exchange and detainees are 12 hours.
The withdrawal of the Israeli forces: On the first day, 4 Israeli prisoners are released, with the Israeli forces to withdraw to what they were before March 2, 2025 in all areas of the Gaza Strip, according to the maps stipulated in the January 19, 2025.
Negotiations: On the first day, indirect negotiations will start sponsoring the guarantors of permanent ceasefire, on the following topics:

- The next day arrangements in the Gaza Strip are:
- A committee of independent technocrats is directly managing all affairs of the Gaza Strip as soon as this agreement began in full powers and tasks.
- Stopping mutual (hostile) military operations between the two parties for a long time for 5-7 years by guaranteeing mediators (the United States of America, Egypt and Qatar).
Presidential Support: President is serious about the parties ’commitment to the ceasefire agreement, and insists that negotiations during the temporary ceasefire period, if successfully ended with an agreement between the parties, will lead to a permanent solution to the conflict.
The release of Palestinian prisoners and bodies:
- In exchange for the release of the ten neighboring Israeli prisoners and the 18 bodies, a number agreed upon between the two sides of the Palestinian prisoners and bodies are released.
- Living prisoners and bodies are released in conjunction with a mechanism agreed upon.
The status of the prisoners and the detainees:
- On the tenth day, Hamas provides information about the numbers of neighborhoods and the dead for the remaining prisoners on the side of Hamas and the Palestinian factions, and in return, Israel provides full information about all neighborhood and dead prisoners who have been captured by the residents of the Gaza Strip since 7-10-2023.
- Hamas is committed to ensuring the health, care and security of the Israeli detainees as soon as the ceasefire, in return, Israel is obligated to ensure the health, care and security of Palestinian prisoners and detainees in Israeli prisons and detention centers in accordance with international law and norms.
The release of the remaining prisoners: Negotiations on a permanent ceasefire should be completed within 60 days. Upon agreement and after the announcement of the permanent ceasefire and the full withdrawal of the Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip, the remaining prisoners (the neighborhoods and the dead) will be released from the list of 58 provided by Israel in exchange for a number agreed upon by the Palestinian prisoners.
The guarantors: The guarantor brokers (the United States, Egypt, Qatar) guarantees the ceasefire for 60 days, and ensures that the negotiations continue until the end of the permanent ceasefire agreement, with the continued stopping of military operations and the entry of humanitarian aid.
The envoy chairs negotiations: Special Envoy Ambassador Steve Wittouf will come to the area to complete the agreement. He will head the negotiations.
