A restaurant runs an artificial intelligence chef named Ayman (AIMAN) will open its doors in Dubai next September, steps from Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, according to Reuters.

Woohoo, which is marketed as a “future restaurant”, is scheduled to open in central Dubai, the food will be collected in “Woh” by human beings, at the present time, but everything – from the menu to the atmosphere and service – will be designed by an artificial intelligence model that is the “Ayman” chef.

Ayman is a compound of artificial intelligence craftsmen (AI) and the word “Man” man (Man), and trained in contracts of food science research, molecular composition data, and more than a thousand recipes of cooking traditions around the world, said Ahmed Anton Jakier, one of the founders of “Waho”.

While Chef Ayman cannot taste, smell, or interact with its dishes as the chefs usually do, the model works by analyzing food to its basic components, such as texture and acidity, and reassemble them in an unusual mix of flavors and components, according to Ayman’s developers.

Then a human chefs improve these initial models, as they taste the mixture and offer directions, in an effort led by the famous chef residing in Dubai, countryside of Othman.

Ayman said, in an interview with the interactive artificial intelligence model: “Their responses to my suggestion help me improve my understanding of what is effective in a way that goes beyond data analysis.”

Ayman’s developers say the goal is not to replace the human element in cooking, but rather complete it.

“The human cooking will not be replaced, but we believe that (Ayman) will raise the level of ideas and creativity,” said Aweon Cakir, CEO of Gastronaut.

He said that Ayman is designed to develop recipes that reuse ingredients that restaurants often get rid of, such as meat or fat remains. In the long run, the founders of “Woh” believe that Ayman can be licensed for restaurants all over the world, which reduces kitchen waste and enhances sustainability.
