Turk renewed his call to the parties to the conflict that the arrival of humanitarian aid should be securely, continuously and without obstacles, including through temporary humanitarian stops, and working to prevent and deter in violations of international law.

He also stressed the necessity of fully and independent investigation in all alleged violations, and holding those responsible for them to be held by justice, according to Turk.
