She described what they might face on the ship as dangerous, but said that this is not compared to what the Palestinians have been exposed to for decades, and not only since October 20, 2023, Rima said.
For its part, a member of the Freedom Fleet Alliance considered McCovia Blatterley that any attack on the ship is a violation of humanitarian law and the Law of the Seas, noting that Israel – 70 years ago from its occupation of Palestine – violates international laws.
The United Nations bodies, states and humanitarian organizations called for securing the safety of the ship, and to move in order to say, “Enough, enough for the genocide” that the Palestinians are exposed to in the Gaza Strip.
