The head of the Islamic Resistance Movement said (agitation) in Gaza Strip Khalil Al -HayThe movement did not reject the last proposal presented by the American mediator Steve WitkevAnd, stressing that they had made amendments to ensuring a permanent endowment of war and preventing the renewed Israeli aggression against the Strip.
Al -Hayya added – in a televised speech on Thursday evening – that Hamas is ready to hand over the government in Gaza immediately to any Palestinian national professional body that is agreed upon, stressing that the time has come to end the state of division and unify national efforts to confront the occupation and its plans.
Al -Hayya accused the occupation government of rejecting all the proposals that have been presented since last March, including a partial exchange and a comprehensive deal plan to launch all prisoners in exchange for ending the war, referring this rejection to personal and ideological motives for the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He explained that the last proposal presented by Witakouf stipulated the launch of 10 neighborhood prisoners and 18 bodies within a week, without guarantees for a permanent stopping to fight, noting that Netanyahu’s repeated statements about the resumption of fighting after the restoration of the prisoners reflect the absence of true intentions to stop the aggression.
He pointed out that Hamas agreed two weeks ago to another American proposal, but the occupation rejected it, and the mediator retracted its position, which reflects – according to the serpent – that the enemy is the one who impedes efforts to reach a permanent and effective agreement.
He pointed out that the occupation insists on full control of humanitarian aid, and imposing a mechanism that he described as “military”, which is rejected by all international institutions, as it violates international humanitarian law and hinders the arrival of relief in a generous and safe way.
We are ready to negotiate
Al -Hayya said that the movement is ready for a new negotiating tour aimed at reaching a comprehensive ceasefire agreement, ensuring the withdrawal of the occupation from the entire Gaza Strip, lifting the siege, flowing aid, and implementing a fair exchange deal that ends the suffering of the prisoners.
He stressed that the people of Gaza are fighting the battle on behalf of the nation, amid a shameful international silence, saying that “the world has failed our people, and let it face daily massacres, while states are satisfied with denial data that do not stop bleeding and do not deter the occupation.”
He strongly criticized the United States using the veto in the Security Council against a draft resolution calling for the stopping of the war in Gaza, saying that the continuation of political and military support for the occupation is what encourages it to commit more massacres, as recently happened in Rafah.
He singled out the greeting participants in the solidarity activities around the world, and the major marches in the capitals, and those who described them as “the free and righteousness” who venture into their lives to break the siege imposed on Gaza, stressing that such situations represent a spark of hope in the darkness of international collusion.
In the context of his talk about the field, Al -Hayya said that the resistance will continue its performance and its duty to repel the aggression, and that the leaders of the movement are not more expensive than the people, stressing that Hamas bears its full responsibility in all fields, from relief to the media to politics.
Battle of existence
Al -Hayya sent messages to the Palestinians in the West Bank and the occupied interior, calling for the escalation of popular resistance in the face of settlement and Judaization projects, stressing that the battle is the battle of existence, not just a political or border dispute.
He stressed that what is happening in Gaza today is the beginning of a broader ethnic cleansing plan that includes the West Bank and the occupied areas in 1948, and extends to the diaspora camps, which calls for a unified national and Arab position to thwart this project.
At the end of his speech, Al -Hayyah lived the “brothers of honesty” in Yemen who continue to firing the missiles against the occupation despite what they are exposed to, considering that this is evidence of the extensive scope of the actual solidarity with Gaza and its resistance.
The Islamic nation congratulated the blessed Eid al -Adha, stressing that Gaza presented itself as a redemption for the nation and its sanctities, calling for a political, popular and military support that is commensurate with the size of the sacrifices made by the people of the Strip.
