The trial of the medical team for the late Argentine football legend has nullified Diego MaradonaThursday, two and a half months after the sessions after the scandal that led to a judge, after her participation in a documentary that is not authorized.
The San Issidro Court announced that the trial is later appeal before a new judicial body.
The president of the court, Judge Maximiliano Savarino, considered that after listening to the parties to the case, the judge’s behavior that was excluded from “damaged both parties, whether claiming or defense.”
Accordingly, the judge decided to “nullify the trial”, stressing that he must be resumed “before another court”, that is, before new judges, without setting an appointment for that.
Judge Julita McCainch, one of the 3 judges in the canceled trial, stepped on Tuesday, after it was found that she participated in an interview in a documentary series on the case, which is likely to be a violation of several ethical rules.
The prosecution, the prosecutors, and most of the defense lawyers demanded the appointment of a new judicial body, and considered that the current trial was marred by the defect and must be resumed again.

“I am not calm. I am angry. I hate them,” commented Jana Maradona, the daughter of the late court.
In turn, Maradona’s former friend Veronica Ajida described the events as “scandalous”, adding, “If I have to witness a thousand again, I will do.”
Maradona died on November 25, 2020 at the age of 60, while recovering in his home from head surgery to treat a blood clot.
His death came due to heart failure and a severe pulmonary crisis two weeks after undergoing surgery.
Its 7 -person medical team is tried for the conditions of his recovery in a private house in the Tigrey suburb of Buenos Aires.
The defendants face the risk of imprisonment for a period ranging between 8 and 25 years if they are convicted of “possible premeditated murder”, that is, following a course of work despite their knowledge that it may lead to death.
