The match took place behind closed doors in the city of Nutville, but an unpredictable player published pictures of his accounts on social media, in which he revealed some details before indicating the result in the comments.
The match was held from 3 runs of 30 minutes, and the Swiss Football Confederation was keen to keep its details secret to avoid criticism and negative comments that football is exposed to women in the country.
The French network described the details of the match as a “great slip” as it comes days before the start of the European Nations Cup, to be held in Switzerland, between 2 to 27 July.
The Swiss women team continues its preparations for the tournament under the leadership of the Swedish coach, Pia Sondish, knowing that the team will play another friendly match next Thursday against the Czech Republic.
The 23rd Swiss team, according to the International Football Association, hopes to provide a distinguished level in the championship, and qualify for the quarter -finals for the first time in its history.
The lottery put the Swiss women team in the first group alongside Norway, Iceland and Finland, where it will play against it on July 2, 6 and 10 July 2025, respectively.
