Accuse “Hind Ragab” Foundation Humanitarian Diab Abu Juhajah Israel is to seek to disrupt and sabotage the work of the institution in pursuing Israeli soldiers and leaders accused of crimes genocide And war crimes against the Palestinians, by imposing sanctions and pressure attempts behind the scenes, have reached many countries and the corridors of international institutions.
Abu Juhajah stressed that these penalties will not discourage the institution from continuing its human rights work, calling for more popular support to protect the Foundation from isolation and targeting attempts.
Israel had issued a list of sanctions targeting 50 personalities, in its lead, the head of the “Hind Ragab” Foundation and two founders, and 3 lawyers who worked with the institution.
A statement by the Foundation indicated that Israel is concerned about the series of issues that it is preparing for, adding, “We have reliable information that a broad propaganda campaign is about to start its aim is to remove legitimacy from the institution and raise doubts about it within the pro -Palestine circles.”
The purpose of penalties
In an interview with Al -Jazeera Net, Diab Abu Rahja said that the main goal of the sanctions imposed on the “Hind Ragab” Foundation lies in impeding its escalating human rights work, after its success in raising serious cases that prompted the Israeli authorities – who described them as “Zionist soldiers” – to escape from some countries for fear of lawsuits filed against them.
Abu Juhajah added that Israel realizes that most of the issues that the institution is working on is still at the level of preparation, and that the next is greater, so it seeks proactive to disrupt the work of the institution and sabotage it.
However, the head of the Foundation argues that the sanctions imposed by Israel remain an internal and limited in nature. And the West Bank And Gaza Strip.
He pointed out that the most dangerous challenge is the Israeli efforts to restrict the institution behind the scenes at the international level, through continuous pressure and attempts to include it on the lists of financial sanctions in international institutions, especially within the United States.
Genocratic image
Abu Juhajah emphasized that the “Hind Ragab” Foundation succeeded in documenting a complete image of the genocide against civilians in Gaza, including identifying the participating Israeli military sectors, the leaders involved, and even the brigades and small groups within the army, based on detailed investigations and evidence.
The head of the Foundation explained that most of the cases depend on the national courts in several countries based on the principle of the jurisdiction of the dual nationality, as many Israeli soldiers have foreign nationalities.
Indicating that this strategy opens the door to actual convicts outside the context of the geopolitical influence and Israeli (lobby) pressure groups, if issues accumulate in quantity and quality, which is what the Foundation is working on with the support of legal experts and international organizations.

The nature of the penalties
Abu Juhajah said – in his statements to Al -Jazeera Net – that the Israeli authorities are seeking to besiege the Foundation globally with pressure and intimidation and publishing reports and allegations by foreign governments.
For example, he set an example by Israel’s attempt to prevent the Foundation from working in Belgium, through a report full of accusations that were later proven to be invalid after an official investigation during which the Belgian Minister of Justice announced before its parliament that there is no problem with the “Hind Ragab” Foundation, and that “Israeli allegations are based on propaganda delusions.”
The head of the “Hind Ragab” Foundation added that Israel’s attempts are not limited to the official aspects, but also include working behind the curtain to penetrate the solidarity movement with Palestine and direct some voices to isolate the institution and stir up confusion around it.
Abu Juhajah stressed that the targeting of the institution publicly by Israel represents evidence of the importance of its role, calling for its embrace by the movements and popular bodies that support the Palestinian cause.
It is noteworthy that the “Hind Ragab” Foundation is a non -governmental human rights organization based in Brussels, founded in 2024 in honor of the child “Hind Ragab”, who was martyred with her family in Gaza by the Israeli army.
The Foundation is working to prosecute and try Israeli soldiers and leaders accused of war crimes and genocide against the Palestinians, and it focuses mainly on activating the jurisdiction of national courts in European countries and others, especially against dual nationals of Israeli officers and soldiers.
It has already made several legal steps that included submitting complaints and detention requests for Israeli military officials in countries such as Italy, the Netherlands and Britain, where the Foundation is based in its investigations to collect digital evidence, certificates and media investigations, in cooperation with international legal teams and research organizations.
