On the expected deadline for issuing a final decision regarding this file, the French lawyer confirmed that these complaints take a long time, and there is no minimum limit for the deadline. “As you can see, the Public Prosecution did not have a specific deadline to submit its notes, as it waited 7 months before opening them for investigation.”
