The German Heart Foundation has warned that high blood density may lead to serious health problems.
The Foundation explained that the high blood density is medically known as the large number of reds, and this means the presence of a very large number of red blood cells in the blood, and then the blood becomes sticky and increases the density, which requires a greater effort to pump it through the arteries, which causes great pressure on the body, especially the heart. Thus the risk of stroke, heart attacks, or strokes increases.
Causes
The Foundation added that the high blood density may be a standard disease, which occurs, for example, due to genetic predisposition or excessive smoking, as it may be a sign of possible diseases such as:
- Lack of transfusion of oxygen in the blood
- Digestive infections and lack of food
- Drought
- Heart diseases, such as heart valves defects or heart failure
- Bone marrow diseases
- Lung diseases such as chronic obstruction or bronchial asthma
- Cancer
Symptoms
The high blood density can be inferred by noticing the following symptoms:
- – Severe redness in the face
- Headache
- – Dizry
- Tinnin ears
- High blood pressure
- Itching throughout the body
When noting these symptoms, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible. A blood sample can be taken to determine the blood cells in the total blood volume.
The value of “hematocrit”, which is considered a standard for blood density or loose, is determined. The value of “hematocrit” usually ranges between 37% and 45% in women, 42% and 50% in men. In the event of a high blood density, this value increases significantly to exceed 50%.
