Israeli media dealt with the details of a “serious security incident” this morning in Khan Yunis south Gaza Strip4 Israeli soldiers were killed and 5 others were wounded by an explosive device during a combing operation.
Reporter Uur Heller explained that the Israeli army today allowed the publication of information about what he described as a difficult event that occurred this morning in Khan Yunis.
The Israeli Channel 12 confirmed that information was allowed to be deployed about the soldiers who were killed in the Strip, as 4 Israeli army soldiers were killed by an explosive device.
In a clearer detail of the incident, Israeli army spokesman, Brigadier General Evi Defin, said that 4 soldiers were killed this morning, and 5 other soldiers were injured, seriously wounded and 4 moderately wounded.
He explained that the force was working in the Khan Yunis area in a facility that he described as “terrorist” belonging to the Islamic Resistance Movement (agitation) And, and that at about six in the morning, an explosive device exploded that led to the collapse of part of the building.
The 11th channel correspondent Aeteicic gave visitors a more detailed account of the accident, stressing that the incident occurred at six o’clock and 10 minutes in the morning, when the soldiers entered and combed the building.

He added that at some point in the operation, the soldiers opened a door and had difficulty opening it, and then the package exploded and the building collapsed on the soldiers.
In a military analysis of the accident, the military affairs correspondent on the army radio, Duran Kadoush, said that Hamas had evolved in the guerrilla warfare methods that we are talking about, and used ways to outperform the army.
He added that the conflict revolves around the battle to gain experience, as during the past 20 months the army was gaining experience, studying its status, extracting lessons, and trying to find the best ways to strike Hamas.
But most importantly, as Kadoush indicated, Hamas also gains experience on the other hand.
To understand how this incident occurred despite the precautions taken, the 11th channel correspondent explained that it was previously expected that this building could be a booby -trap, or that there would be a tunnel opening that leads to a tunnel network.
He added that it was assumed that Hamas would blow this house, noting that the freed prisoners reported that the tunnels that lead to the tunnels in which they were detained were booby -trapped.
The correspondent raised a question about the reason why this package was not found despite the Israeli forces possessing many advanced means to search for car bombs.
