Real Madrid tops the annual classification of the European Union and Barcelona tenth sports

The European Football Association (UEFA) has released its usual annual rating after the end of the continental competitions, in which Real Madrid regained the lead despite its exit from the quarter -finals of the Champions League.

Real Madrid closed the top of the classification instead of Manchester City, who fell to second place after leaving the knockout phase of the ancient European Championship.

Real Madrid in the current European season collected 24.5 points, raising its score to 143.5 points, while the City balance stabilized at 137.75 points.

The Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” indicated that the current classification depends on the results of the difference in various European competitions during the previous five seasons, and not only this season.

Accordingly, the presence of Real Madrid at the summit is the source of the team’s crowning in the Champions League twice (2021-2022 and 2023-2024), as he reached the semi-finals like them, while bid farewell to the quarter-finals by Arsenal in the last version (2024-2025).

Inter Milan, the runner -up of the ending version a few days ago, is the team that gathered the most points this season with 40.25 points, put it in the general ranking in the sixth place, while the champion Paris Saint -Germain scored 33.5 points, given the results of the two teams throughout the tournament, to occupy the fifth place.

Despite its wonderful performance and remarkable results this season in the Champions League, Barcelona settled in the tenth place in the official classification issued by UEFA.

Hence, the top ten clubs are arranged according to the last classification issued by the European Football Association (UEFA).

  2. Manchester City English: 137.75 points.
  3. Bayern Munich, Germany: 135.25 points.
  4. Liverpool: 125.5 points.
  5. Paris Saint -Germain, French: 118.5 points.
  6. Inter Milan, Italy: 116.25 points.
  7. English Chelsea: 109 points.
  8. German Borussia Dortmund: 106.75 points.
  9. Italian Roma: 104.5 points.
  10. Barcelona: 103.25 points.
