The great transformation in the world and the theory of endings policy

We are now facing a different historical stage, which may be compared to major transformations in human history, such as the industrial revolution or the fall of the Roman Empire. The Hungarian philosopher Karl Polani also referred to the “Great Transformation”, in which he describes how the traditional social and economic market capitalism changed, the world today is going through a similar transformation, but it is more complicated and inclusive.

There are many theories trying to read this new reality, some of which see it as continuous chaos as in the World’s Book in the Charter in Disarray by Richard Haas, or disintegration as the historian Neil Ferguson sees it.

But there is a broader vision that all this chaos is only part of a transitional process towards a new international system, and this theory is known as the “great transformation”, a theory in which a group of intellectual figures and international scientific institutions participated.

Thus, we do not live just separate crises, but rather a clear composer of the chaos that will lead to the birth of a new world order.

Main currents for shift scenarios

First current: Davos Movement (continuity through technology)

This current seeks to maintain the old system, but it tries to give it a modern face using major technical transformations. This is evident at the Davos Conference, and the theory of the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” presented by Klaus Schwab, and the Israeli writer Yoval Noah Harry.

This theorizing links technological progress with global transformation, and believes that humans are only an analysis and programming data by artificial nerve networks. In this context, the human being is not the decision -maker, but rather an object that is “programmed”.

From the viewpoint of critics, this current is part of an attempt to turn the government into the hands of technocrats who control money and technology, and tend to impose one world order, unified, and non -culture.

Developing countries, especially in the global south, must follow the rules of the new game, which impose full openness to the investments of major companies, without regard to the norms or cultural identities.

In this context, values are like cultural diversity, human dignity, and even the idea of a multiple world, obstacles to “great technical expansion”. Thus, the only option allowed is either accepting this “pink” future drawn by major companies, or returning to the “past”, which is classified as impractical and not proportional to the path of development.

The theory of chaos (the disintegration of the old system)

On the other hand, there is another current that believes that the current world order, which was formed after the Second World War, has lost its ability to manage the new complications, whether these complications are demographic, environmental, technical, or even intellectual, the existing economic and political system is no longer able to absorb them.

This current indicates that the global system has become abnormal, as the future world mentioned the uniforms of Sardar, and that we are living in a deep defect in everything: from politics to economics, and from the environment to culture.

Many titles such as returning to the jungle, or the world in chaos, or the disintegration of the world, if you follow the search for these terms in Google Trends, you will find that they are spreading for reasons that are greatly known in Latin American countries and African countries.

A prominent example of this is the comparison between the Iraq war in 2003, as the United States and Britain were keen to obtain a legal cover from the United Nations despite its incompatibility with the operation, and the modern Israeli strikes on Iran, where international or legitimacy is no longer an element in political accounts.

US President Donald Trump himself explicitly declared that he was not tired of international laws, and he was treated as an emperor that no one can dispute. This indicates that the global system gradually loses its ability to control, and is included in a state of rapid chaos, which requires a radical review of sovereignty, international law, and human cooperation.

The third current: the great transformation

On the other hand, we will find projects, books, studies and currents that see that the world is in a state of chaos, and that the structure of the global and economic order that forms after the Second World War is no longer able to realize and manage the variables that the world is witnessing, whether the major transformations (demography, environment including energy, technology), or intellectual structure, which includes economic and political theories related to the idea of balance such as the theory of poles, supply and demand, or what It is called the reduced reduction in the world after the Vienna School, which leaked to the scientific curricula and universities after the Second World War.

Israel is part of that school; Theodore Herzl was from the Vienna circle, and the thought that arose from this school was the one that established most of the theories taught in the world today, whether in applied or human sciences.

All the protocols in which research in universities are written from this school. All of this disintegrates today, and we live in an abnormal situation, as the future world wrote Sardar Zia Al -Haq.

So, what we live today is a major defect in the system, and a complete inability to manage the world. Here we can take the Israeli aggression against Iran and compare it with what happened in the Iraq war, and although the two wars represent a state of chaos in decision -making, the comparison between them shows a state of chaos clearly.

In the Iraq war, the exit by a decision of the United Nations was a fundamental issue, and the legal description of the trend towards the war took time until Britain was able to form alliances that were convinced of the legitimacy of the war within the decision despite Security Council Resolution 14001.

It was not legally easy, and Tony Blair says in his memoirs that, in any case, a legal face was found for them to obtain the legitimacy of war and reach allies who can support the legitimacy of the battle.

If you compare what happened in Iraq to what is happening today, you will find that Israel’s hitting Iran and Trump’s statements do not care about anything called law or legitimacy, but that the President of the United States of America spoke publicly about assassinations in a flagrant violation not only for the sovereignty of states, but also dealt with the logic of the emperor who everyone should warn of his anger.

The great transformation

The third current is the one that sees all of these indicators as forces pushing towards a new world order. Of course, many usually make mistakes when they think that this new world is multiple, so they use the alphabet of the past to draw the image of the future, and this makes the horizon narrow and creativity diminishes.

This current represents writers from the left such as Hurdit Nigeri in his Empire’s book (Empire), or perceptions of network theory such as Anna Maria, adviser to former US President Obama, or the “Great Transformation theory” project of a group of universities.

Here the war is part of the transformation if it does not end in a barbaric condition. Consciousness, the similarity of the world with cosmic knowledge, and the existence of an effort to protect the environment, and the emergence of the global citizen, as well as institutions subject to law and not just for general rules that are not binding as is the case of the current world order, this may develop a major transformation that affects everything when the technology is in its correct context, which is to support the ability of human beings to solve their problems in a creative way far from cultural biases and ethnic and ethnic divisions.

Arabs and great transformation

These three tracks will not be achieved automatically, but this shift will depend on people’s effort and their ability to push towards a bright future. Therefore, the dangers on the Islamic and Arab nation are that these wars and crises end up with a state of chaos and backwardness, which makes its path guarantee that it has been in the back seats.

Hence, a civilization becomes dead when other countries and peoples live that were able to implement from the ropes of the American Empire, and move forward to be in its ranks, and perhaps imposed its will in light of the major transformations witnessed by the world.

Think about the Scandinavian countries, in countries from Southeast Asia, see how these paths may differ from one region to another. This means that a set of ideas will end, such as modernity and postmodernism, capitalism, democracy, and many others.

Everything of modernity, including Israel, will be part of the past when countries that are capable of imposing their narratives, knowledge and leakage arise in the largest field, which Benjamin Bertion spoke about in his book on programming and sovereignty. The first- that is, programming- has become knowledge, and then sovereignty will follow it in a field called by the pattern or the systematic accumulation.

The future has become part of the design process that many seek. It is a fantasy and ideas that accumulate to be a form of great transformation. It is a work to achieve these designs on the ground, and when others succeed in building another system in which we did not contribute, then we will realize how wrong we were.
